Testimonials

“I've been practicing gynecology in Montgomery County for over 25 years. I've found over the years how important it is to have excellent resources and referrals for my patients that I can count on.

Peggy Treseler is one of those referrals especially with challenging and complex patients. Pelvic floor physical therapy is one of those areas that many patients are not even aware of and the issues that best respond to the treatment are personal and, in many cases, embarrassing. Peggy manages to put her patients at ease while guiding them through difficult work to improve their symptoms. Her knowledge and experience are second to none in the area!”   Diane Snyder Steren, MD

"I cannot recommend Peggy Treseler and Specialized Women's Physical Therapy enough. I had been experiencing enduring pain for over 20-years, as a result of a sexual assault. Peggy and I worked together and she helped me free myself from physical pain. Her expertise, kindness and care allowed me to feel safe enough to trust her to help me heal. She is a gifted physical therapist and I will forever be grateful to her." -- Lindsay P.

Peggy is an incredible practitioner. She is knowledgeable and warm-spirited, and she makes this work comfortable in what could otherwise feel strange for many women who are new to this therapy. I've had great success in resolving symptoms from my prolapse (urinary and discomfort) and improving my prolapse overall. I appreciate the real-time coaching on how I can make small adjustments in daily life to support my pelvic health - the exercises and suggestions are never overwhelming.

I recommend Peggy to patients in my own clinic all of the time when I suspect a pelvic health concern. She is amazing and I am so grateful for her! -- Rachel B.”

"I was diagnosed with a weak anal muscle just after menopause. I was having occasional fecal smearing and I was referred to Peggy by my gynecologist .  Peggy is so professional, knowledgeable, kind and companionate.

She taught me pelvic exercises that I do at home and it has made a big difference in my life. I have been able to strengthen my weak muscle, and the fecal smearing is less and less.   I go to Peggy about every six months now to check in and keep up my motivation.

I would say run do not walk to see Peggy if you have a problem. You will be very happy you did. She makes you feel very comfortable to discuss these very delicate issues.   One reminder- you Must do the exercises diligently at home to keep getting the results you wish.

I love Peggy and am hope she never retires." -- LB
